Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Include your order number and reason for return

How to Return an Item

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Ship the item to our return address: 633 EAST AVE， RIFLE， CO 81650 US

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective items: We provide a free prepaid return label
  • Customer remorse returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • No restocking fees apply

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your return
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund
  • Contact us if you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item for a refund
  2. Placing a new order for the desired product

Order Cancellations

If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
